Mario's Place moved from a nearby location to downtown Riverside a few years ago. With a small outside patio, it is directly accross from the historic Mission Inn which makes it a perfect location in Riverside. The decor is elegant, and the wine list excellent & extensive. Great bar service, and really really good food - It is by heads & shoulders the best restaurant in Riverside. Well worth the prices, which are more LA than Inland Empire. If you just want to check it out, it's also a great place for an after work drink in a casully elegant atmosphere - but be warned you'll be tempted to stay for dinner! Mario's Place is one of the better faces of Riverside. less
