Sad to announce that "Pa" has stopped making the donuts! He still operates a great little diner with the same rustic charm, but the diner is for sale. He said he is willing to teach someone to make his donuts, but he is tired of getting up early and making them every morning. A great loss! less

I've ate a few meals here.Mainly breakfasts and lunches.The prices are fair considering the overall service and the amount of food one gets with each order.The Ma and Pa logo rings true, as the place is ran by a mature couple who'm serve the public in no less hospitableness than they would their own relatives.The pastries and donuts are made right there in the fascility.Great. There are many historical artifacts hanging and setting around, and some suvineers, etc., are for sale.One of the items one can purchase there is coffee mugs, (Many a local coffee drinker have their mug on a shelf there, already)! Tins from the oil vats, etc. are also an item of sale and are great for storring dried goods, etc.. less

Literally a Ma & Pa operation, it is not unusual to have Pa come out and toss donut holes to diners as an enticement to "take some to go." Menu is a fun and unique piece of local lore and colorful local nicknames for the items on the menu. Diner has lots of antiques on the walls and features an original bubbling juke box. FUN family fare! Adequate off street parking just off the North Yreka Exit from I-5. less
