This is the pizza place REAL Detroiters go to if there not going to Pizzapapalis. Louis is the originator of the Buddy's recipe or so the Detroit legend goes and he brought his pizza to his own place whe Buddy's screwed it up. Served square deep dish, the crust is a little crunchy/crispy form being just slightly burned and the sauce is the best ever conceived for a pizza. Order yourself a classic Louis' combo: an anitpasto salad with his dressing and a pepperoni pizza. You'll think this is where pizza was born. less
