When we gotta have one big steak------this is where we go!!!! Man-size meals and steaks done just how you like them. In terms of this chain---this is the absolute best one we have ever been to. An army of staff. Fun atmosphere. Good drinks. I wish all of their restaurants ran as well as this one!!! We have been to other units and been very dissapointed!!! We will keep going back and back and back---as long as they keep this up!!!! Please keep up the Outstanding work!!! less

I like the bread you get too...I also love the free bucket of peanuts they gave you to eat at the table while waiting on your meals to arrive and then you just throw the shells on the floor...it sorta adds to the rustic western decor they have.... less

If you want to give it a try there is also one in Aurora by the Fox Valley mall less

The service was just ok. The wait staff did not want to be there. The appitizers were good but gave everyone I went with the runs the next day. The prime rib we ordered did not come out in a reasonable time and was not prepared the way we had asked. ... more

The prime rib we ordered did not come out in a reasonable time and was not prepared the way we had asked. The took it back but said they were all out of prime rib. What's that all about. The said they would bring a filet, but it didn't arrive until it was well done. Not a good experience at all. I had been here a few times when it first opened a few years ago and it was much better then. I don't suggest going here until new management and employeees are hired as well as cooks. Sorry. less
