My fiancee and I dined at landrey's last night. I have work in resturants for 7 and 1/2 years, and i have not ever received such poor service. it took 10 minutes for thw waitress to take a drink order. my second glass of wine was ordered well before (about 10 minutes) our entrees arrived. i did not receive the wine until i had been done with dinner foranother 10 minutes. when the manager stoped by our table i still had my plate infront of me, i kindly asked to have it removed see as how i had been done eating for quite some time. insted of being happy to help the waitress that oviously couldn't handle her job she looked at me and said, "i will have the waitress come by and pick it up." it was the most awful overall display of costumer service i have ever seen. the experience was a text book example of an empire crumbling from the top down. the management made it very clear that they didn't care about their guest, thus managing there staff with that very same attitude. although the food was quite tastey, the experience was so horrible i will not ever return! less

This is one of the best restaurants to eat fresh fish. I recommend the flounder. They even remove the flounder from all of the bones for you and you get to enjoy just the succulent fish without having to pick bones from your mouth. Their staf ... more

I don't know what these other people on this survey ate, but the Gumbo taste like mud & water. The cook is definetly not cajun... We have eaten here twice and both times we were dissappointed. Service was slow & price to high for the quality of fo ... more

The last time I visited, they said they would not take reservations ( two days or one day in advance).
Although when I arrived there were multiple people being seated ahead of us, that had arrived after us. (when I questioned this practice, I was advised that these other people had reservations. maybe you have to know someone there.)
Our wait was approx. 80 minutes.
The Food is Excellent, the seating host(ess) was less than expected, The prices not bad avrg. for nice dining, the parking for the area was less than desired(lot was approx. 2-3 blocks away).
(I don't believe I'll wait as long for seating next time, if the wait is too long there are multiple other establishments within walking distance.)
