The best sushi bar in Buffalo. Kuni, the owner, is meticulous and makes sure that every dish is perfect. He always greets his customers and thanks you for coming. The restaurant is small (I mean really small) but serves a wide variety of sushi, sashimi, tempura, udon, and other small dishes and salads. The food is heavenly, but be willing to wait for a table because there are no reservations. On the up side, if you have a cellphone you can stop by in person and put your name and number on the list and wait at Spot Coffee for your table. less
