Krabloonik is a must-see when you're in Snowmass! They have the most delectable and varied menu of wild game, etc. done in impeccable sauces. If you go during the day, be sure to check out the sled-dogs, and the nights are just beautiful as well under a blanket of stars. I recommend the fallow deer or elk, but you really can't go wrong no matter what you choose. less

Upon my last visit to ski, we dined at Krabloonik for lunch and were pleasantly surprised with the excellent & unique menu. It's a bit of a hike to & from the restaurant. However, you will certainly not be disappointed. Although rather pricey, you will discover that it is no more so than any other restaurant in the Aspen/Snowmass area. The ambiance is enchanting & you must be sure to get a table with a view of the the dogs. Nothing like it anywhere else on earth. I believe we even saw Chevy Chase & his lovely wife while there. However, the excellent wine was beginning to blur my vision as well as my thinking, so who knows? less
