I've been eating at Julio's since I moved to Vermont and they had their business on Main St, thankfully the only thing that has changed is their location. The food at Julio's is just great. I feel that they skimp on the appetizers a bit, but their entrees are just right and the margueritas are great! There are no others Mexican restaurants to choose from in the immediate area, but that doesn't stop Julio's from running a first rate business. less

While Marko the magician seldom makes appearances anymore, julio's has gone a bit upscale at their new digs on state street. I must confess, last time i was there, i was with Gary and his lovely wife Kathy and a date. The food and atmosphere were definately better than the date turned out, but I have always loved julio's and will always find time to venture to montpelier to enjoy the friendly service and outstanding food! They are at the very least the second best mexican restaurant in the state! less
