No matter what you order it is all cooked in the same oil and so has the same flavor. Once you get past the breading, the fish is delicious. The waitress had worked there for many years and knew many of the diners by name, wonderfully small-townish. Much cleaner now, 20 years ago it was dark and dirty. Quite improved. I would almost give it four stars! Maybe 3.8 less

This location has closed since it was reviewed. It had great fish I was sorry that it closed. I have read in the paper the they will open it up again at a better location. The south Omaha location is still going strong with great food. ... more
