Excellent food, moderate prices, and a location on a Riverchase Gallaria outparcel spell success for J. Alexander's and a great dining experience for you. You'll be tempted to jump t the great main dishes, but try their great soups first. Steak, chicken and pasta anchor the menu, and all are excellent. Access and parking are easy, seating capacity is large and dervice is fast. less

We rediscovered this wonderful restaurant in our area. The food was prepared with fresh ingredients and seasoned perfectly. From the 3 mushroom soup and Alex's salad to the Cajun seasoned Mahimahi and the Grilled Roast Beed French Dip, we had a wonderful time enjoying each bite. The atmosphere is perfect for a cozy dinner for two or a celebrative party of many. You can even watch the chef's prepare the food at the grill. The serivce was top-notch. We never had an emply glass (replaced not re-filled) and the waiters were friendly and efficient. They even helped each other. Imagine that!!!! We'll be back! less
