Ivory Jack's served a huge buffalo steak--I fell in love with
the taste and have been eating it ever since, when I can afford
it. Buffalo is twice as lean as beef, slightly sweet, and without
the dryness of venison. The decor and service complement the
food at this very Alaskan restaurant. (It was also the sight of
my first date with the man I married at the Pumphouse Restaurant's
garden!!!)
