I have been eating at Isaac's for 6 years and have absolutely loved their food and LOVED their view. They have the best view of the Plymouth Harbour by far. The food is a bit higher than most restaraunts in the area but not out of range by any stretch of the imagination. Careful though...they do not have free drink refills. less

We eat there at least ten times a year. Recently, we had a visitor from France who was enthralled with the atmosphere and the food. She lives on the French Rivieria an was still impressed by everything in Plymouth and at Issac's. I recently heard that the restaurant will be closing sonn, and I hope that that is not true. I would miss it very much. less

Wow! This place is unbelievable! I'm a veal lover - not a casual one but a "my wife caught me and now is divorcing me" veal lover. It just happened that on the night I dined there was an animal protest group protesting the treatment of veal. Ha! I ate my veal with relish! (Not the hot dog/hamburger relish, but the verb). My date also had the veal and I can tell you right now, you want to talk about an aphrodesiac? Slather her with veal and draw the curtains, baby! Jamie, our waiter, was just fabulous. Despite the dental surgery performed earlier that day (a little gross - the bandage on his lower lip was bloodied and a little crusted - green no less), he was more than helpful, polite, courteous and handsome. Finally, I made up this happy Isaac's melody ---- "Veal, veal what a joy, my new red bicycle, it's not really a toy; Go to Isaac's and get some meat, but please don't sit on my red bicycle seat; Look for Jamie and tell him 'Good Day!'; look through the menu and hope and pray............they have the veal, the mighty meat; Go to Isaac's, what a treat! less
