This place is actually in downtown(?) Mill Creek--about 10 miles North of Bothell. I don't understand how this place stays in business. It's huge--can probably seat 300+. We go by on a regular basis and there are rarely 20 cars in the parking lot--which serves an entire strip mall. The staff generally doesn't seem to care if you want to eat or not when you come in. They'll seat you when they get around to it even if you are the only customers in the place. Service is, uh, slow. The food, from the rice to the snow peas and water chestnuts--is better at the local take-out stand. We rated it average because they MUST do something right--they've been here for about 10 years. Maybe they have a killer bar business. They do take credit cards. Don't know if there's smoking--there's never been any smokers in the place when we were in there. Not handicapped accessible: stairs inside and out. less
