What a great idea: Order a replenishable bowl of spaghetti for the table at a set price of $6.95, and each of you chooses your own sauce from a long list, at prices that range from $1.95 to $4. Most are standards, like the puttanesca with black olives, capers, garlic, anchovies, and tomato. My favorite is the radicchio, sausage, red wine, and tomato sauce. The kitchen prepares daily specials, like a sautéed fresh trout with sautéed green beans, and garlic and tomato sauce, as well as sandwiches, and an assortment of wood-baked pizzas, with a choice of at least 20 toppings. Ingredients are fresh and flavorful, the service quick and solicitous. less
