This is a chain and not a very good one as far as I am concerned. The food is ok, but not great. We had a salad and chicken, but neither was outstanding. I think this place is a step above the food court here, but it's not worth going to again ... more

Well, this restaurant is still in business in the Crossgates Mall, and still busy as it's a pretty popular place, but I was not that impressed. I was in Albany for a week and happened on this restaurant as it's in a huge shopping center. There is a food court, and a few other choices. The service was ok, not great, and the food was mediocre. I doubt we will go back when we are in Albany in a few weeks again. less

The wait is long on the weekend especially, but thats pretty much the norm at any of the mall restaurants. If they could cheer up the staff a bit I would give it 3 stars. less

I agree its much better than the food court. My wife and I usually come to this restaurant before we would see a movie at crossgates. We have found the food and service to be really good. The appetizers are really good..try the combo platter if yo ... more

The appetizers are really good..try the combo platter if youd like to try a variety of several. And now with the smoking ban in place makes it that much more enjoyable. less

This is another in the "upscale Mall" division. The food is predictable but uniformly well prepared, and the drinks are generous. Not the kind of place you'd make a special trip to, but certainly better than the food court. Singles seem to ... more
