Definitely one of the worst Hooters I've ever been to. First,
of all the waitresses have neither hooters nor brains. Extremely
unfriendly waitstaff. Poor service.

The food is not impressive, and you pay way too much for what you
get. Also, they seem to have hired the meanest girls in Las Cruces
to wait tables!
