Although I have to say, the Albany hooters waitstaff is not usually "calendar" material, there is always something good going on. I will say that whenever I have eaten there, the service and courtesy of the waitstaff has left a bit to be desired. I seem to attract the snotty or indifferent waitresses, so that takes away a little from the friendly, sit-at-your-table attitude that hooters staff used to stand for. But all in all, a great place to grab some wings and a burger and watch the game or race or whatever on one of their many tvs. less

Everyone talks about Hooter's wings like they are the second coming, but I have to tell you I was unimpressed. They were certainly okay, but not in the "great" category. I like the wings at Sutter's just down Western Ave better. Sure the waitresses are cute and all, but if I want cute atmosphere and average to okay food at best, i'll go to a strip club instead. less
