5-Star was given to Hong Kong Garden, just because my family thinks it does quite well on food quality, staff service, restaurant hygiene, atmosphere and pricing.

Last time I was in Plymouth they had three Chinese restaurants
-- Hong Kong Gardens is the WORST of the three. It's been closed
innumerable times for health violations, and I wouldn't suggest
that anyone who values their entrails eat there.
