originally commissioned by Duke Wilhelm V in 1589.
Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas can seat more than 800 guests in two distinct
settings, the beer hall or “Schwemme, ” seats 380 guests, while the
beer garden or “Biergarten, ” seats 430.
The beer served daily at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is brewed in Munich according
to the over 400-year-old Bavarian purity law.

Although their claim to fame is their beer, having lived in Germany
for nearly 4 years, my wife and I were "homesick" for a real
German meal and we were not disappointed. My wife ordered the Dinner
Special (a kind of jagerschnitzle for $16.95) and I ordered the HB Platter
($18.50) - a sampler of several of their specialties. For dessert we
tried a Black Forest Cake and it was even better than I remembered from
Germany!
Great food, great service, German style open seating, Bavarian music
and dancing, not to mention the beer.
Certainly worth a visit and off street parking available.
