If you are in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, don't miss the opportunity to seek out this wonderful spot.Hidden Country Restaurant is aptly named. I found it "by accident" a few years ago and will never forget the delight I felt driving down a country road which opens into a panoramic view of muontains, ponds, a unique village with General Store, Ye Old Schoolhouse, The Sweet Shoppe, Notel Motel, Town Hall and The Church on the Hill---but, wait there is more. Hidden Country Restaurant is a "museum of quaint". Well known for their prime rib, seafood, freshly baked bread and desserts, great salad bar---and , if you're lucky, Joe, the owner and self proclaimed mayor of Hidden Country, might be around for some interesting conversation.
