Up until today I've had nothing but good experiences at Hannah's. Today was a first ever for me and my wife at any restaurant/bar. First of all, if you're not going to write down the order... don't get high before coming into work. Secondly, when you bring back the order after not getting it right the first time... make sure the cooks didn't just reheat it and put the other sauce on top, the patron will be able to tell:) Thirdly, after not getting it right twice, take it off the ticket and bring it out as it should have been the first time. Forth, and probably most importantly... don't insult the patron by telling them that you comped the plate, when when any child can see it on the receipt. During our 2hr lunch that should have taken 45-60min, we were insulted by: the waitress, the manager, and finally the owner. Well... honestly I doubt she actually owned the restaurant, I can't imagine owning a bar and not being willing to comp $7 wings on a $50 order. And if you can believe it, not once during the lunch was even the smallest apologies offered. My wife and I will NEVER dine there again, and will be sure to spread the good word to all of our friends. Oh yea, I almost forgot, the supposed owner told us to get the #$%^ out, we just smiled and walked out the door. less
