This place has been there since before I was born. Same family too. Mexican food just doesnt get any better. It's not 'Tex-Mex'. When you go (not IF) have anything with green chile. They roast their own peppers, and make about everything from scratch. You get your food on a bubbling hot plate. The locals will send you there. I've been on a long weekend, and it's BUSY, but I've also made reservations. Besides - give me time to have a margarita! Soak up the atmosphere. less

I can't get over the greatness of this restaurant. My parents have taken me and my brother here every summer while on vacation for the past 8 years or so. This place is one of Leadville's greatest secrets. The portions are huge. The enchiladas are heaven on earth and the atmosphere makes you feel like you're in a far-off bar-grill out of nowhere. If you are in love with Mexican food, and enchiladas in general, you must try this out! less
