This place was just bearly average. The food seemed very inconsistent

What can I really say...it's a strip mall Chinese buffet. Don't
expect much. The food is fine but as my wife so wisely pointed out..."Since
when did Chinese food include potatoes with cheese?"

I do not recomend this restaurant to anyone. They let their food
sit on the stea tables too long. They are "stingy" with their advertized
specials: eg. crab legs, any shrimp dishes, rice noodles, etc..
