The afternoon manager at this location needs to be IMMEDIATELY fired. Yesterday afternoon (7/2/2012 - 230pm), my deceased father's 80-year-old girlfriend was at this restaurant in Fort Walton, FL. She goes there once a week, and when my father was alive they were there at least TWICE a week from the DAY this location opened. When the waitress FINALLY came around and asked if she needed a second cup of coffee when she was DONE eating, she held up her cup and said "What do you think?" I know this woman, and there is NO WAY she said it in any rude manner. After a few minutes, your manager came out, and in front of all the customers in a full restaurant, loudly said: "You were rude to my waitress, and I will NOT stand for that. I can tell just by looking at you that you are a rude person. If you go home and look in the mirror, you will see a rude person (he said this twice). Now I want you to leave. We don't need customers like you." He NEVER gave her an opportunity to tell her side, NEVER asked her what happened. Just spewed his garbage that should NEVER EVER come from a manager's mouth to a customer OR a staff member. She left your restaurant sick, and this customer for years and years is now AFRAID to go back. There are two afternoon managers. One is shorter and plump, the other is taller. Naturally it was the taller manager that came out lording over this 90 pound woman. I cannot abide this behavior from anyone, and will absolutely NOT give a dime to any company that condones such behavior. less
