I love this restaurant! Their ribs are the best around. If you have not tried it yet, you are missing a great meal. If you go on your birthday, you get a percentage equal to your age discounted from your meal. It is a great day to try this place. They also have a carry out menu. Their ribs are available to go. But eating in you get to use their patented platter. Either way, they are tender and delicious. less

I have been going to this restaurant for over seven years, andhave sent a considerable number of referrals here. That endstonight. My wife made a specific reservation here for our fifth wedding anniversary, and was told 'no problem' - a week in advance. Upon arriving, none of the reservation conditions were met, and our conversation with two managers can be summarized as 'too bad, so sad, take something else or leave'. We left, and will not step foot in Glenwood Oaks again. The sign at their entrance indicates that they're not in it for the money, service is everything - DON'T BELIEVE IT! It's sad, as this used to be a really nice, attentive place. Any and all questions or difficulties had previously been dealt with in a professional manner, with every effort made to correct or compensate for any issue. This policy has changed, unfortunately for folks like us that used to be able to depend on Glenwood Oaks for excellent food and service. less
