This restaurant enables you to build your own bowl. You take a small mixing bowl and then choose protein, (i.e. meats seafood or Tofu) and then add vegetables and add a sauce, and then you have a choice of noodles or rice. Give it to the cooks and they make it on a round table. There was a similar restaurant up in Boston called "Fire + Ice" which I miss but this is a sensible alternative. One of my favorite places to eat in HVille. Its in the new glenbrook shopping center across from Target. less
