If you're looking for the ultimate Southern formal dining
experience, you'll find it here. A jacket is required, and
the waiters are tuxedoed. Generally, the "old money"
families are seated upstairs, and the tourists are seated d ...

Galatoire's has been run by the same family since 1905, and
its traditions remain intact. A spectacular renovation of the
upstairs dining room, which had been closed since World War II,
provided much-needed additional seating. A meal here is w ...

Known to be one of the best rated resteraunts in New Orleans. Located
on Bourbon Street it has some of the city's finest seafood.

This is one of my favorites here on Bourbon St. Great food and outstanding
service. I highly recommend this restaurant. I think it is one
of the best restaraunt in the quarter.

Came recommended by a friend from Tulane. Good seafood, neat
setting, and an incredible amount of fun. Can get loud and boisterous.
Not the culinary masterpiece of Commander's Palace, or
a few other places.

If I could only go to one restaurant in NO...I think I would settle
for Galatoire's. This is real old fashion New Orleans...ladies
still in hats and gloves...gentlemen in suits. The food is classic....I
can eat anything here and be happy but ...

I was expecting a lot more when I went here with a group of friends.
We were treated very well, however, the food was not as good as
I had hoped. We started with several appetizer sampler plates
with several kinds of seafood salads that were prett ...

Old school steak on a plate place. Recommended highly by many,
but barely made a blip on my radar screen. Tourist trap in my own
hummble opinion. Oh, and the hollindaise sauce was LOUSY!!!
Many better places in NOLA.
