If youre calling ahead, hope that you dont try when employees feel theyre "busy" as the phone lines get an even shorter temper than counter-service. Getting hung up on is a regularity, as either they 1) think its amusing, 2) appropriate punishment for those pesky costomers who try to call ahead, or 3) are not mentally equipped to handle picking up a phone receiver and jotting down an order. After almost 10 ever-worsening trips to this place, I refuse to try it again. Bottom pickle: The burger is never worth the wait or the insufferable service. less

This is a chain that started out serving very good hamburgers. It had been about 9 years since we had eaten in this chain. At that time it was in my opinion a very good place. Just recently we had the chance to eat their again and it is as good as the first time 9 years ago. Their speciality is hamburgers with sizes from 1/4 pound to 1 pound hamburgers. The success is the fact they grind their own meat. They have added some steaks but did not have a chance to try them. They have their own bakery and bake the buns for the hamburgers. You get the burger "naked" and they have a long table with any type of fixings you may want to put on and them some. Atmosphere is unique as they have a lot of "antiques" around. If you want a different type of hamburger that is not assembly line, try them. less
