You wouldn't usually call a big barn of a place like this a "gem"
but it is. The salad ingredients are fresh and delicious. Many varieties.

On my first visit to California, I was very impressed by this
restaurant! The vast amount of choices left my taste buds humming a
beautiful tune. The choices of ingredients & veggies were far more
