It's the "Q" that counts, so Fay Willie's places the "Q" at the
center of its menu. Brisket, lamb chops, sausage and turkey breast
measure up, as do the pinto beans and blue-ribbon potato salad.

Fay Willies opened in the summer or fall of 1999 in San Antonio's
Sunset Station. Their radio pitch was "One smack and you'll be
back." They were wrong in my case. In my first--and last--visit
I had dry pork ribs, flavorless pinto beans and mushy ...
