This is a very good resaurant and up to par as far as Dave's places go. This particular one is rather small and usually very busy, so if your close and want to go to this one, it's good to go early, or later. If you can swing it the Famous Daves in Woodbury is great too. I work in downtown St. Paul and have been here many times. The food is always great! less

Having only been to the one in Uptown, it was a shock to find that this one was not a sit-down, come-take-my-order resturant. Still, the food is very good. The Resturant itslef is rather small and loud. The brisket I had was quite a bit more fatty than the Uptown serves, but the fries & cornbread are just as good. If you want Dave's in a hurry, try this place. less
