The food is pretty good. The price is reasonable. Selection is
better than average. The restaurant is clean and the staff is
friendly.

Empress of China has upgraded considerably - its name is now
'Empress.' It has excellent food and a quaint atmosphere. It is
definitely the preferred restaurant for Chinese food on the northwest
1960 side of Houston.
