If this is the best Mexican food in Las Vegas NM can do then I would
suggest eating at Blakes Lota Burger and ordering a green chile
cheese burger.

El Sombrero is my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas, NM. Very friendly
service, and my beef enchiladas last time were steaming hot...both
in temperature, and in chile-ratings! For those not accustomed
