We had family in town who wanted to try a local favorite for dinner. They like Mexican, but did not want the typical chain restaurant. Off to El Rodeo we headed. El Rodeo's newest location on the Manheim Pike is a fine example of how to run a main line Mexican restaurant the way it should be. I became addicted to El Rodeo while eating at the Harrisburg location, but since Lancaster is only 8 miles for me I was happy to see it open. I let my girls choose any restaurant on a Monday night since Mom was out of town. El Rodeo won hands down. The location is very busy on weekends and was still full on a Monday night. We did not have to wait and the experience was just like the Harrisburg location. Clean, fast, courteous, excellent food and live music. I have recommend this place to many and never heard a complaint. less
