This is one of those hit or miss places. One day I had one of the best burgers ever and the next I discovered it is indeed possible to cook one with a blowtorch (don't try it). They have a huge menu though, so there are plenty of other things to try. The Clinch Mtn. Barbecue is hot and spicy but really good. They cook everything fresh while you wait so it takes a few minutes to get your food. Enjoy some tunes on your radio while you wait. less
