Well, I have stuck to my word and promise and had just tried this restaurant for breakfast. And? The food was marvelous! I had the Denver Omelette and it was just so good. And it came with toast, hash browns, and salsa on top of the omelette. The salsa is optional, especially for those who likes it a little spicy. Add coffee to your omelette and you have it made. Oh, the prices for breakfast is among the cheapest that I have ever seen. The breakfast ranges from $2.25 to around $8. Cheaper than the chain restaurants! less

After reading all the positive reviews of this restaurant, I figured that I tried this place. Well, the other reviewers were right. The food is very good and the prices were very reasonable, compared with the chain restaurants(Carrow's, etc.). I had the Chicken Fried Steak and it was marvelous. And the spaghetti that came with the meal was also fabulous.
It is so good that maybe I will try eating there for breakfast sometime in the future. less

Under new ownership,is slowing being cleaned up & up-graded. One of the new partners (brothers, Adolfo & Daniel Ureno) has been a chef at the popular Spin a Yarn for the past 18 years. The seafood is now mostly all fresh (previously mostly frozen). Wonderful pasta dishes, the chef is very accomodating at build- ing your own pastas! Steady crowd of locals, many making a re- turn after losing interest. Brief wait during weekend AM, but worth it. Recommended value-wise, generous portions, Senior & Kid Menus available. Service is usually good,& can be excell- ent depending on which waitress you get. Worth a try, Daniel says feedback is appreciated,as they will be be drafting a new menu soon. less

Dina's has just changed ownership and they have a new cook. They had a sign that boasted best chicken fried steak in town and it was very correct. I tried it with the new cook and it is still very good. This cook, like others I have encountered has a problem with eggs. If one orders eggs over easy they get eggs over easy, If medium is what is ordered, over easy is what one gets, If one orders eggs medium well, they get over easy. Maybe he'll learn the difference and I can rate it 4 stars instead of 3. The waitresses are very helpful and don't mind talking to customers making this place much more homey than some places. Other places seem to want to feed you and get you out so they can put another person in your seat. Dena's is not and never has been this way. This is a definate restaurant to try. Good portions, good people, good prices. less
