I was just at the Dillon Dam Brewery two nights ago on monday night for the Monday night football game be'twn the Broncos and the N.E. Patriots.. it was snowing outside, so maybe that kept some people at home.. but, there were maybe 10 'er so tables full and not crazy/obnoxious at all.. the Dillon Dam Brewery has a new menu and has got some great foods, some incorporated with their rich beers.. like pulled pork sandwich with a rich bbq sauce infused with st. georges brown stout (beer). and my very good friend had a 1/2 pound burger cooked medium with mushroooms, onions and swiss cheese.. so yummy! (we traded bites). their beer selection does vary and they do have seasonal fav's.. i indulged in three (what a pig) pumpkin ales that are only available there in the brewpub. they do bottle beers for sale in (some) liquor stores, and for 'take out' in the brewery.. but, i do know from my VERY good friend/brewmaster Steve that the pumpkin ale is in limited quantity. so, you better get your butts down to their ONLY location in Dillon on Anemone street just south of the Coach and Nautica factory stores, to try their seasonal special. you better tell Steve that 'Rose' sent ya, k? and maybe he'll hook ya up with a fun/free tour and free samples at the end of the tour. It is a nice laid back atmosphere where you can enjoy your basic pub-style food. The wings were excellent and their salads were also great. The kids' meals were larger than most. Average service from a friendly waiter. Can get loud during Bron ... more
