A fantastic spot to eat, especially for a night out in downtown Denver. However, make reservations because its no secret that their food is fabulous. The salmon is always great, and the porter house steak (oh my!) is as big as the huge dinner plate they serve it on and tastes . . . well it melts in your mouth! Also, try their brewed beers -- they make a great honey wheat and an interesting scotch (whiskey) beer (not for those who like light beers). less

This is one of my favorite places to go out in Denver, My wife and I used to be stuck on Ruths Chris, but we found the Filet at the Chop house was just as good, and quite less in price. I recommend having the filet ( it is stuffed with a portabella mushroom) the mashed pot's and one of there microbrews...Make sure you make a reservation, or get there early. Meals come with Salad that is prepared at your table, all priced in the 20's. No wonder this is where the Broncos went when they won the Super Bowl(s) less

The ChopHouse has great steaks, good ambiance, and some of the best mashed potatoes I've had. This place is pretty trendy (it's also right next to Coors Field) so get there early... it gets very crowded, and they don't take reservations for parties ... more
