	May 25, 2004 Arda S. Metairie , Louisiana 25 reviews A classic New Orleans Steak house that was reconstructed by Emeril several years ago. Superb food with very extensive wine menu and service. A wide variety of salads and appetizers are offered. Highly recommended.
