Killer sandwiches and homemade sourdough bread. People come for miles to get their homemade breads: sourdough, dutch crunch, rye, rolls, strawberry & cream cheese croissants, chocolate croissants. Out of this world. And they carry a big selection of meats to be sliced to order. They also make their own salads--the tortellini is super, the marinated mushrooms outta sight, the potato salad is fresh, too. You can get oddball foreign sodas here, as well as coffee, packaged italian foods, and wines. Owned and run by a family, friendly atmosphere. Almost no tables to eat at, though it's one block from the beach, so hey, get your food and go on to the water and eat! Don't forget to get a number from the pull-machine when you first come in... this place is busy and if you forget they'll never see you to get you served. less
