Slow service, but the old ladies did stop and chat, and kept checking if I was ok. Anyone would think an Englishman was a rarity! On chatting to one of the staff it seems I could be related, as her mother had my last name and her uncle and whole family went to England (where my last name is extremely rare, only know of 1 other family in the whole country) so perhaps my dad's family originated here! Anyway, I thought the food was pretty good, and there was plenty of it, so I was happy! less

This is the best place to eat seafood in Beaufort County. Have had some problems with service before. Maybe they need to get rid of the old ladies and get some younger wait staff in. Great hushpuppies and I love their cocktail Sauce. Try the Captain Cliff's special. <br> If you order takeout they charge you extra for additioanl hot suase. If you eat in, you get all you can eat of it and the hushpuppies. less
