Chinese restaurants are a dime a dozen. Come here for the Filipino food. Chinoy has a large selection of food to chose from, but what I've had is very good. The place is clean and decorated with plants and Christmas lights. The service is friendly and fast. When I compare it to other Filipino Restaurants I give it a 4 star; I like to compare apples to apples. Sometimes the other patrons tend to stare at you if you are not Filipino. Note I have not found a 5 star Filipino Restaurant yet. less

IF you want to try something extra yummy, the lemon chicken and Hong Kong style noodles are great. My favorites! Besides that...they make great Kare Kare and Palabok! (both filipino dishes.
