I'm not sure what passes for good Chinese food in Corvallis, but the meal I was recently served at China Delight did not qualify. It was overly salty, overly cooked, overly greasy, and overly old. On the other hand, there was plenty of it! The establishment was dirty, with tacky decor. I ate little, and only because I was hungry at the time. This meal was memorable for being the worst I've had in some time. less

I don't know where that person before went but it wasn't China Delight in Corvallis. There is no buffet there. It is a place with excellent food and perfect for vegetarians. There are dishes like Tempeh and tofu that don't contain meat ... more

There are dishes like Tempeh and tofu that don't contain meat, my type of meal. The bar is low key and laid back as well. less

If someone must choose just one Chinese restaurant in this town, this would be it! Our dinner party tried several different dishes and they were all superb. My daughter, who doesn't like Chinese food much, even found a few things she liked. ... more
