Located near the Concord Depot, Chang An features consistent Chinese
dishes. There's a small bar area where you can choose from a variety
of strong cocktails. The lunch buffet is the best deal in town. Ample
free parking.

This is perhaps the only Chinese restaurant in town, actually

The ambience here far surpasses that of a stereotypical Chinese
restaurant. The dining room and bar are quite pleasant as is the
service.
The luncheon buffet is decent; the menu selections are somewhat
better. Chang An is worth the visit.
