The food is average in a good way. The atmosphere is OK. Nothing really
stands out about it but it's a good place to be a regular. Down the
street there's Chevy's. I like how the Chevy's bar better
and how they have TV's.

Celia's has been around a long time and they are, I think,
one of the best Mexican restaurants around. Unlike other chain
Mexican restaurants, Celia's foods seem more authentic.

I think Celia's is one of the best Mexican restaurants in
the bay Area. Very good food and service. Also a nice looking clean
place.
