Cassano's Pizza is an Ohio owned family-run business, with a reasonably priced unique, tasty pizza. THIS Cassano's pizza is a franchise, and is not representative of the chain. I've had multiple mediocre/bad experiences with this place, and this last visit obviously prompted me to leave a review. My party and I arrived just short of noon, and placed our orders. Drinks didn't come for over 10 minutes (I didn't time it at this point), and the entree's didn't arrive until 12:35. The entree I ordered (Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo) was mediocre, and the chicken was both too dry and burnt, not to mention that the "lunch portion" cost almost $10. I only received a single refill the entire hour we were there, and to top it all off it took them a little more than 10 minutes to pickup the check. The service was lousy, the food was overcooked and overpriced, and I left feeling as if I had just been violated. I've gotten better service from many of the other food places in town. Save your money and eat elsewhere. less
