Good, and relatively inexpensive, with sides that make folks from
the South (and not the south side of Chicago) happy. Cole slaw was particularly
good. Ribs are messy, and spiced just right.

North of the Mason-Dixon line, I'm not sure you can find better
ribs than at Carson's. Their sauce is the perfect blend of
spicy and tangy.

The ribs and sauce are good, but the "America's Cut" pork chops
are fabulous. I normally get the combo (2 chops, 1/2 slab of ribs)

By far the best ribs in the Chicago area. The carryout
seems better than dining in for taste??? But the family
agrees. Bar provided several items to snack on while
waiting for dinner.
