Carson's is great for family and big groups the decor is fun and keeps your mind going. The staff are great and well trained. Restrooms are neat and clean. I love Carson's Steak House. The food there is better than at most of the more well known steak houses in Anderson. My husband and I go there all the time and rarely have to wait more than 15 minutes to be seated. The salads are mouth watering and the food is delicious as well. I usually get the Sirloin tips with peppers and onions. The food just melts in your mouth. less
