Excellent experience. This review is for the one in E. Bridgewater. It moved out of abington over a year ago. It's cozy and has a great bar with live entertainment. I wasn't sure after it had been in Abington for so long but the service and food is as good if not better. The fajitas and texas chili are awesome. less

The food is good as is the service. The employees are always very friendly. They serve large helpings of food - but - they are a very skimpy on the sour cream!! If you want extra it will cost you. Carmens could really be a cute place if they put ... more

The food is good as is the service. The employees are always very friendly. They serve large helpings of food - but - they are a very skimpy on the sour cream!! If you want extra it will cost you. Carmens could really be a cute place if they put some effort into it. They could use a new cleaning person! They could also use some new flooring, seats, tables and a fresh coat of paint - for a start. The decor - plastic plants, etc. could use some updating too. I've been to Carmen's several times - it's the only local mexican restaurant. Lately (in the last few years) it's been getting very dingy. I was in there once last summer and the fly population in the dining room was awful. We were swatting flies the whole time we ate. What was worse was none of the doors in the dinning area were open - they did have a back door open in the kitchen. So guess where the flies were coming from? Board of Health anyone!!!! I have been back to Carmens - even after the fly episode. As I said they are the only local mexican place around and the food is good. less
