I love Carlos O'Kelley's margaritas! YUM YUM! Their chicken enchiladas w/ white cream sauce are the best. Great place to go with friends for drinks and eats! Servers need some help--are really slow, had to wait for my drink, by the time I got it I was finished eating. But, that only happened once. Next time I went there, I go the same server, but he was much improved! less

I am very disturbed that this particular chain, is extremely unflexable in allowing the patron to choose a different seat than the one the "hostess" has assigned to the customer. Are we there for "Carlos Okelly's convenience, shouldn't they ask where you would like to sit? The usual excuse is "sorry the server for "that" table isn't in yet! Are they incapable of changing servers to cover "that" table!! less

Generally this is Americanized Mexican food, but nonetheless pretty tastey. My favorite dish is Chicken Picada (buttery garlic sauteed chicken, with monteray jack cheese, tomatos and green onions wraped in flour tortillas). Fortunately I have learned how to copy this recipe at home through much trial and error so I haven't been to Carlos O'Kelly's lately. less
